Cancellations and Returns
Shipping Criteria
Generally orders are dispatched according to delivery schedule. For Lead time item Customer will be communicated accordingly with expected date of shipping. Once the material is shipped, it can’t be modified or cancelled. We accept cancellation within 72 hours from time of placing/booking order.
Return/Replacement Criteria
- It is only applicable for parts & Spares and consumables
- different from what was ordered
- delivered with any defect
- missing parts or accessories
- delivered in a physically damaged condition, or
- Significantly different from the description given by the merchant
How to raise a return request?
If you have received a damaged product or an empty parcel or any item is missing from the package or for the reasons fulfilling conditions previously mentioned, you can lodge the Return Request or Complain on our mailing address i.e."support@inditechkart.com" with the exact image of the defective product or you can contact on our helpline number i.e. +91-7982189776 within 12 hours of receiving the order. Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the Pickup Process. Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition, includes all labels, User manual, Warranty card and the invoice along with the product.
Where to return product?
Our courier service facilitate pickup from areas under certain pin-code, If your area does not comes in serviceable area then you must have to courier the item to following address:

How to cancel an order?
In case you want to cancel your order, you need to lodge cancellation request on our mailing address i.e. “support@inditechkart.com” or you can contact on our helpline number i.e. +91-7982189776.
Please note: : Cancellation request can be accepted only within 72 hours from placing/booking order of product
inditechkart.com reserves the right to cancel order under following scenarios:
- Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
- Non-serviceable locations
- Restriction on the quantity ordered
- Problems identified by our Inspection & Quality Department.
- Incomplete or inaccurate address
Refund Policy:
If the product of your choice is unavailable in your preferred specifications or model, or if it is out of stock, you may decide that you want your money back. In this scenario, you may choose Refund to have your money returned to you in the following way:
You can drop us a mail at support@inditechkart.com stating your Order Id during mailing or you can lodge a request through call on ourcustomer support no. 7982189776. Your refund will be processed after approval. Once your refund has been approved, your money will be credited back to you in one of three ways:
- As an NEFT transfer if you paid via Bank Transfer to our account.
- As a refund via the same source that you used to pay for the order (called Back to Source, this method is available for all sellers). For example, this means that if you paid via your ICICI Debit/Credit card, your refund will be credited to the same card/account.
- If you have made the payment through QR Code through Paytm or any other wallet, then it will be refunded to the same wallet.
Once the refund is initiated from our side you will get an email confirmation and it takes max. 5 working days to credit the amount in your account. If the amount is still not reflected you may contact us in the same email id or contact no mentioned above.
Terms and Conditions
- Cancellation and returns are never applicable in terms to Projects, systems, tanks and heavy equipment/plants in any circumstances
- Any Product which has been used/worn or altered is not eligible for return
- Physical damage to the box or to the product cannot be exchanged or returned
- If the return request is raised beyond the advised timeline is not eligible for return
- If returned without original packaging and accessories is not eligible for return
- If the sealed package of branded products is opened, then the return policy is voided
- Brand Packaging should be intact
- If the Product code/Model number is of your choice, then the return request is not eligible.
- Replacements will depend on the availability of the item
- Product must be in its Original Condition
